HSS Consortium sources primarily from South Korea — partnering directly with industry titans POSCO Steel and Hyundai Steel. Taiwan is an additional secondary sourcing market. We procure both Primary Steel and Secondary Steel (over-roll or prime excess) to offer the most competitive pricing in Bangladesh.

Operations are currently conducted under Commercial License arrangements while the formal Import License process is being completed — consistent with standard industry practice during the early growth phase.
Distribution Network
Before import, HSS Consortium ensures a confirmed sales channel for each specific batch of steel. This means every shipment has committed buyers before it leaves the Korean or Taiwanese port — a model that provides zero idle inventory and maximum working capital efficiency.
Pre-Committed Sales Policy
HSS Consortium secures advance sales for every import batch before shipment. For GI/GP and GA coils, most imports are already sold before arriving at Chittagong port.
